Chinese New Year Trip aka Korea Trip 2012 ♥

As you guys know, I couldn't celebrate this Dragon year. So, my family and I planned to go on a vacation to KOREA during Chinese New Year. We actually left Malaysia on the 21st of Jan. We assemble at KLIA for our flight to the capital of Korea,Seoul. It took approximately 12hours of journey to reach Korea.

In Kuala Lumpur International Airport waiting for boarding :)

We reached Korea around 5am and then we started our journey of holidays to the first destination, YONGIN Everland. This place is so called Korea's Disneyland. Its festival World Park, which offers thrilling rides, attractions jungle safari and seasonal flower shows. The scenery is picturesque and breathtaking.

We spent the whole day in Everland and then headed for dinner. The first meal we taken was steamboat. It was scrumptious as we had the first try on Korean Food. At first, we thought it will be a disgusting meal because we dislike Korean Food but we were totally wrong. It tastes nice! (:

The next morning, we stayed in Ski Resort. This is a place where we learn how to ski on white snow and enjoy all the fun with skating and sledding. The temperature was horribly low,-18Celsius. We love SNOW! It’s seriously perfect scenery.

In the same place, we took the tram to the peak of hill. The view is just attract everyone attention. The wind blows on your cheek is the best part. The scenery is just darn amazing! Believe it or not? Have a look.

We were all busy playing with the white snow! (:

We precede our journey to Naminara Republic then. It’s an island which formed with pebbles and sand, there are no mountains in the island, but there are trees tall enough to touch the sky. Nami Island is a place for rest and relaxation. It’s the original site for the famous drama, Winter Sonata shooting place. The weather was just so cold. Even the water became ice. Imagine it.

Our next destination was followed by Kimchi School where we can experience how to make kimchi as well as try Korean traditional dress. We took lots of pictures at here.

In Korean traditional dress (:

After that, we went to Soho Laver Musuem. It’s a museum which has various type of seaweed and has a taster of the fresh made seaweed. In here, I learnt how actually seaweed is made and can be so delicious.

We went to Mt. Sorak National Park. This is one of the most beautiful mountains in Korea.

After that, we went to Kyongbok Palace which was built in 1934, the main palace by the first King of YI Dynasty.

We took domestic flight to the exotic honeymoon Jeju Island. It took us about one hour to reach there.

We went to a world of Teddy Bear. It’s known as Tesuem Safari. It’s a fantastic voyage into Safari with Teddy Bear. Teddy Bear originated from the nickname for Theodor Roosevelt, the 26th president of the United States. Teddy Bear has been loved around the world for more than 100 years.

After that, we went to Seongeup Folk Village. Here is a place where we met the island people who still live behind stone courtyard walls in thatched roof rock homes.

We then followed by 3D Trick Art Museum. Created the illusion that depicted object really exists and are not just two dimensional painting.

Ripley’s Believe It Or Not Musuem was our next destination. It’s one of a kind items collected by explorer Robert Ripley, during his travels of over 35years to 198 different countries. The items collected are all hard for us to believe.

The last destination of the day was Yongduam Rock. It is an unusual lava formation, its looks like a roaring dragon rising from the sea into the sky. Breathtaking scenery indeed.

Early in the morning, we went to Mysterious Road. Here to experience the phenomenon of going uphill with the engine off.

After that, again we took domestic flight back to Seoul. At night, we went for Nanta Show. It is a totally non verbal performance. It presented through music and motions. It's no language barrier and enjoyed by people from all walks of life. It is real Awesome! Love it :)

We went back to Malaysia on the last day, 28th Jan 2012. We really had fun enjoying ourselves to the fullest even though the weather is damn cold. If have chances, pay a visit to Korea is a must :)

Maybank Malaysia Open 2012 ♥

Yays! I am back from KL! :D
I had experienced lots of first time with this trip to KL (:
I went to KL with Grace on Friday and Saturday.
Our purpose to there was just watch Malaysia Open 2012 which held in Stadium Putra.
We went on the Quarter Final as well as Semi Final first session :)
We reached Bangsar at approximately 11am.
After that, we cleaned the house and rest a while.
In between that, we planned to go Sunway Pyramid before heading to Stadium Putra.
Went there and met up with Feli and her classmates.
Had lunch at there and shopped for a while and then went to Stadium Putra by taxi.
We actually went there earlier as we thought that we are allowed to enter the stadium earlier.
but is okay we still stepped in earlier to buy Yonex products especially clothes.
Guess what, the clothes sold there were all cheaper than you imagined.
So, we bought lots of clothes to our siblings but most of the nicer clothes were sold out left those not really nice look clothes. Therefore, we bought those clothes by asking people, " Which clothes left the size S?" instead of choosing ourselves.Haha
Bought about 10 clothes.Hoho
My parents still said why so few.LOL

Back to topic now...

so we watched the matches since 5pm till 1030pm.
Not really long right? In between we still loitering here and there to grab those opportunity to take pictures with players :)
Unfortunately, fate wasn't be with us this time.
Managed to take kinda few pictures with players :'(
Only 3 of them had fate with me.hehe
Here it goes:

With Cheng Wen Hsing (Tpei)

With Alvent Yulianto (Indo)

With Bae Youn Joo ( Korea)
Ps: Its kinda blur because she was in rushed.
Somehow, I found that Korea players are quite action.
They tend to refuse supporters :\

Only managed to take this 3.What a pity -.-
is okay. I took lots of court playing pictures.

The next day.
We went there early in the morning too.
We went there buy LRT and KTM to reach Bukit Jalil :)

Our tickets :D

Here it goes some pictures taken on the second day which is semifinal :)

Desperation!! :)

Yes desperation in the way of positive outcomes!
What am I actually desperate for? :D
Hehehe
It’s actually on going Malaysia Open Super Series 2012 which held in Stadium Putra Bukit Jalil.
I am just so excited to step my legs into the stadium :)
I wanna meet lots of player especially those who are going to retire this year after Olympic.
This might be the golden opportunity to meet up with them.
Perhaps they won’t be here playing in front of you anymore like what Peter Gade said,
‘this is the last time I play for Malaysia Open.’
I never see him before, if I miss out this time.
How?
No way right? :P
That’s my purpose to go for Malaysia Open!
I wanna meet up with Lee Chong Wei, Lin Dan, Chen Long, Lee Yong Dae, Taufik, Wang YiHan, Wang Shi Xian and many many more!!

7/1/2012

My second post of 2012?
Yes it is.
Just feel that this and the previous posts are just gloomy to blog about my grandpa.
So, as previous post had mentioned that my grandpa was critically ill and weak, but now he had just left us. He passed away on the 3rd Jan 2012.
We were freaking down and cried for days whenever think of him or even pass by the coffin.
The moment when you looked at him 100% makes your eyes wet.
Even now I am still couldn't accept the fact :'(
How can it happen to my family?
He is the best grandpa!
No one else can replace him.
He had done everything he should do towards me.
I still remember he tends to fetched me and cousins back from school and tuition.
He used to chat with us.
How can he just end his life just like this?
No matter what or how,
Everything had happened.
I have chill myself and accept it but seriously it takes time because
I had never experience any of my relatives or friends pass away.

Basically, I spent this week in my grandparent's house.
It’s kind of exhausted and tiring when you have to sleep at the midnight and wake up before 6.
But everything is worth for grandpa.
By ending this post,
I shorten everything I wish and desire for grandpa with a short poem.

I know we are all feeling a little bit sad,
That we've lost our Grandpa,
Together we have cried an ocean of tears
As we feel so empty and hold many fears

But Grandpa would want us to know he's in a good place
And that he watching us all with a smile on his face
As we have made him so proud, as proud as can be
That he has raised such a beautiful and special family

Thinking back now I really must say
I feel lucky and privileged to have known Grandpa to this day
For in my life, you have played a special part
The memories I will treasure and keep close to your heart

Although he has gone we will always be together
And his spirit will live on each one of us forever
When you look to the sky, look for the brightest star
As that will be Grandpa looking down on us from afar

And now I would like to thank the good Lord above
For blessing us with our Grandpa with his kindness and love
Dear God, if it is not too much fuss
Take extra special care of our Grandpa as he is very dear to us

Grandpa if you are listening say a prayer for us every day
Be sure to protect us and guide us on our way
We know when God called you, you had to go
But we want you to know Grandpa we miss you and love you so

Message to grandpa:

You are my grandpa and forever you will be, I miss you so much, I know what I write here you can’t see but at least I do something to remember you. I'm so confused now things are so strange. But I want you to know that you're not to blame. Sometimes I feel like your left is a dream, but I guess this can happen to anyone, including me. Times are hard now but things will get better, it's kind of like the seasons, and the changing of the weather. Now that you're gone I know you're doing good, doing everything you've ever wanted, just like I knew you could. Till the day I see you again, grandpa, may your heart be at ease. I love you so much, and may your beautiful soul rest in eternal peace. We will take care ourselves and grandma as well. We will work hard and embark our journey successfully.

First post on 2012

As every one of you knows, today is the first day of year 2012 which also dated as 1.1.2011. In this particular day, I spend my whole day in grandparents' house even right now to accompany my lovely respected grandpa who is suffering nowadays. As a grandchild, I wish to do whatever I can to fulfill him. I don't wish him to feel regret before his last breathe. I just want to sacrifice myself towards him. Without him, which can directly means that without my daddy, and it will follow by without me, myself. Thus, I have to spend all my valuable time to him by take care and look after him. For now, people use to say that a new year, a new resolution, but for me right now, everything I wish is just pray hard hard till the last day he gasps for air. I want him to stay longer with us but by looking at him pale and weak face, this just makes our tears rolling. We just couldn't accept and face the fact. Can you imagine it, last 2 weeks he still can walked and talked to us, but  right now everything is just opposite, he just can lying on bed and don't even wish to talk to us. He never wants to eat and drink as well. Perhaps he is giving up on himself? However, we as his next generation wouldn't give up on him. We still do anything as we can to make his life better and better. Every time when we ask him to have some foods to fill his stomach or drink some waters, he will spontaneously reject and says, “I am suffering and none of you will know.” This situation makes us feel so bad towards him, but as common knowledge, we can’t survive without foods and waters. Therefore, we used to force him at least to drink some waters to fill his thirst. Okay, I seriously don’t feel like mentioning anymore, it makes my tears roll. All I can do now is just pray and pray and still pray he can stay stronger than diseases. We never give up on you; you can’t give up yourself as well, grandpa! Remember, we still love you forever and ever. Once you are my grandpa, you are always my grandpa. We will give you support all the way you are! ♡
